Nick Katris - General Manager

Our team is led by Nick Katris, a professional in the Industrial
Wheels and Castors market, providing both vision and a wealth of
experience for the company.
Nick
spent a couple of years working in the EHI Australia warehouse,
while attending university, before leaving the company to expand
his horizons. Fast forward ten
years and
Nick returned as the National
Sales Manager after managing Flexello Australia in NSW for much
of the time . Working his way from National Sales Manager, to
Divisional Manager and now General Manager, Nick strives to
further strengthen EHI Australia’s position as one of the
leading hardware/Industrial suppliers in Australia.
His goal is to further develop
global ties with sister companies, including Colson, to realise
the full benefit of being a part of the world’s largest
Industrial wheel and castor group.
Of utmost importance to Nick is
to surround himself with a team of skilled, diligent and ethical
people. With the right team EHI is well equipped to cope with
the day to day challenges facing every medium business.

Andrew Arthy - Controller

enjoy what I do for a living, and I believe this is a must with
today’s demanding lifestyles."
Andrew has significant experience developing, improving,
enhancing, implementing, and providing, financial and
non-financial management reports and systems. He is a problem
solver and team-player who can communicate effectively across
all business levels. His background has been in variety of
industries, and he is looking at leveraging this experience to
further improve the internal efficiencies at EHI.

Andrew Rohrbach - Hardware Division Sales Manager

Andrew joined the EHI
team in January 2010 bringing with him a wealth of sales and
marketing experience in the food and wine industries. More
recently, he has run his own sales consultancy business and
gained experience in semi-industrial industry sectors.
Andrew thrives on a
challenge and is focused on making EHI number one in the
hardware marketplace through a combination of superior customer
service as well as a wide and competitive product range.

Ashley Harris - Hardware Sales Representative (VIC)

Ashley began his
career with EHI a little over 2 years ago. A qualified
horticulturalist with 14 years experience in that industry,
Ashley's move to the hardware industry has been a
fast and steep learning curve.
Having spent many
years in the retail Ashley understands his customers and their
needs well. His approach to sales is based predominantly on his
communication skills - making sure his customers are well
informed.
Ashley is driven
by the reality of sales being a peaks and troughs role. This
reality check makes him strive for consistency in everything he
does, from first meetings to call cycles and timely follow-ups
with his customers.

Charlotte Burstow - Receptionist

Charlotte joined the EHI Team in December of 2009. She came to
EHI looking to further her office skills in a growing company.
Finding a role amongst a great team and working environment was
very important to her and she is glad to have found that at EHI.
Being
the first point of contact for the company is an important role
and Charlotte has become a trusted voice of EHI among our
customers.

Gary is another or
our long serving employees. Since starting his career at EHI
almost a decade ago, Gary has seen many changes in the company.
Born and bred in
Perth, Gary prides himself on his efficiency and attention to
detail.

Luke began is EHI
career back in 2006 as a warehouse assistant. In 2008 he was
promoted to the Industrial Division assistant and likes to focus
on
making sure orders are being despatched correctly and as
efficiently as possible.

Marie Cannen -
PA to the General Manager
"I enjoy a the variety in my role and working with a great
bunch of people."
Marie joined the EHI
Team in 2006. Loving a lot of variety, the role suits her
perfectly. From PA duties to HR and even IT, Marie likes to be
busy.
Marie has spent many
years in Administration roles and began her career as a
Receptionist. From there she moved quickly into a PA role and
then to Admin Management. Since joining EHI she has put all of
her skills to good use.

Michael Dunk -
Industrial Division Manager

Michael has been
in the Castor and wheel industry for 15 years. Michael spent 10
years managing his own business and then joined forces with EHI
almost 5 years ago.
Managing the whole
of the EHI Industrial division, Michael works hard to bring only
products of the best quality and value to his customers and his
commitment to top customer service is obvious to all.

Rebecca O'Callaghan - Hardware Division Assistant
"Perth is a big change from the small coastal town of
Batemans Bay. I love the Perth lifestyle."
All
the way from NSW, Rebecca made a big move, leaving friends and
family to join the EHI team in
November 2009.
Rebecca has worked in the hardware industry for over 2 years,
starting out at Hardware & Building Traders - a buying group for
independent hardware stores.
Rebecca looks forward to the challenges this new position offers
and to helping the Hardware Division grow.

Simon Patchett
- Industrial Sales Manager

Simon
has been a driving force for EHI's castor sales division since 2006 and
enjoys his role as much now as he did when he began.
Simon
began his "castor career" over 15 years ago in the UK so he
brings not only a sound knowledge of the worlds leading (wheel
and castor) products but also an international perspective.
Simons biggest
motivation is his customers. He enjoys dealing with people and
working out what makes them tick.

Susan Barnes - Hardware & Purchasing Assistant

love everything about being back in sunny Perth"
Susan
came to EHI in 2008 after working in the aviation industry in
the UK, where she lived for several years. Here, she assists
our Purchasing Manager with various tasks from shipping to
orders and even credits.
Susan loves Perth, her job and the friendly people she works
with. |

Sue
Stumpfoll - Bookkeeper
"I
love variety, a challenge and being busy"
Susan
has an extensive background over a range of industries and
oodles of experience in all aspects of accounts and payroll.
Since joining EHI at the beginning of 2009, Susan has
concentrated on bringing the debtors and creditors to within
company guidelines. She enjoys the variety of accounts and
payroll and working with a lovely group of people.

Vaughan Smith - Industrial Sales Representative

expectations"
While fairly new to
the castor industry Vaughan has 15 yrs experience in sales and
client focused roles. He believes that good communication
ensures lasting business relationships and as such my phone is
almost always on.
Vaughan likes the
progressive nature of the castor industry and takes particular
interest in special project work and consulting on new product
development. He likes the fact that EHI are leaders in our
field and is always looking to strengthen and improve our market
position by adding value to all our customers.
Vaughan enjoys
working with the head office crew and the team environment we
maintain at EHI.
Born in South Africa
and having attended college studying Marketing and Sales,
Vaughan decided to spread his wings and moved to the UK to
gain experience and travel. After many years he decided to move
to Australia with his family and settle in the wonderful Western
Australia.
To compliment his
competitive nature and to avoid stress Vaughan enjoys playing
golf. |
