Of the 33 Pro-Val gloves, 17 are single-use and the other 16 are reusable, so work out which the job needs, then pick by the hazard. The Neo Heat 250 and Neo Heat 350 neoprene gauntlets are rated to EN 407 (2004 edition) for contact heat, and they live in the heat resistant gloves. For blades and sharp edges, TNGF and KGF carry EN 388 cut level F, so start with the cut resistant gloves. For food handling, 20 of the 33 are certified by HACCP International as Food Zone Primary, and 10 of them are grouped in the food safe gloves. On chemical work, look first at the Nitrile 33's and Nitrile 46's, which carry EN 374 chemical ratings, and you'll find both in the heavy duty gloves. The cotton gloves carry no protective rating on their datasheets and are for light handling.
