Cup Brushes

A cup brush strips weld scale, rust and surface contamination off large flat areas fast. Most of the SIT and Rocket cups we stock go on an angle grinder, and the small ones sit on a 6mm shank for a drill or die grinder.

For heavy weld scale and rust there's twist knot wire, and crimped wire for general cleaning and light deburring. The filaments are steel, stainless steel and brass, plus an abrasive nylon cup. Not every M14 cup is rated for the speed of a 125mm grinder, so the cup's max RPM has to match or exceed the grinder's no-load speed. The brush buyer's guide lists the M14 cups that fall short.
