A hand brush takes care of the spot rust, the weld clean-up and the general clean-down where a power brush is more than the job needs. SIT and ROCKET span steel, welders', brass and nylon.

A carbon steel brush on stainless leaves iron behind, and that iron rusts (ASSDA), so stainless gets a stainless brush of its own. The welders' brushes clean the weld itself. Our brush buyer's guide explains where brass and abrasive nylon come in.
